Song: Letisha Gordon, YoYo (Glastonbury 24)

Yo, what’s good, fam! Rap Wrap here, and I gotta give a massive shout-out to Letisha Gordon, the rising star who tore it up at the BBC Introducing stage at Glastonbury 2024. This girl is bringing a vibe that’s fresh, unique, and absolutely captivating.

Letisha stepped on stage with a confidence that belied her newcomer status, and from the first note of “YoYo,” she had everyone hooked. The beat was smooth, the melody catchy, and Letisha’s voice? Pure magic. She’s got this soulful, rich tone that draws you in and holds you tight. “YoYo” is a track that showcases her incredible range and lyrical prowess, and live, it was an absolute banger.

The crowd was vibing hard to her performance, swaying and singing along to the infectious chorus. Letisha’s stage presence was magnetic – she owned that stage, moving with grace. It’s clear she’s got a natural talent for connecting with her audience, making everyone feel like they’re part of something special.

Fit as F**k!

And yo, let me just say, Letisha Gordon is fit as fuck. This girl’s got it all – the voice, the looks, and the charisma. She’s the full package, and I can’t lie, I’m dying to meet her. There’s something about the way she carries herself that’s just straight-up irresistible.

But it’s not just her voice and stage presence that make Letisha Gordon stand out. It’s the authenticity she brings to her music. “YoYo” is a track that resonates, with lyrics that speak to real experiences and emotions. Letisha’s ability to tell a story through her music is what sets her apart, and it’s what’s going to take her far in the industry.

Haters!

Look I aint gonna lie I was pretty pissed when I see that people were moaning that she was not singing live. Don’t get me wrong I would like to hear her live as well but FFS lay of the girl that’s some real pressure and personally think she smashed it. Not easy putting yourself out there and respect her for doing her thing and letting us all into her music.

BBC Introduce me!

Her performance at the BBC Introducing stage was a glimpse into what the future holds for this talented artist. Letisha Gordon is bringing a vibe that’s fresh and much needed in the scene, and I, for one, am looking forward to more. She’s got all the makings of a star, and if “YoYo” is any indication, we’re in for some incredible music from her in the future.

Big up to Letisha Gordon for an unforgettable performance at Glastonbury 2024. Keep an eye on this one, fam – she’s going places. Rap Wrap out!
