Christmas 2024 message
As we reach the end of 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been a year of growth, discovery, and connection, not just for me as an artist but for ButtonAddict.com as a whole. With Christmas just around the corner, it feels like the perfect time to pause, celebrate the small wins, and share my gratitude for everyone who has been a part of this journey so far.
When I started ButtonAddict.com, I wasn’t entirely sure where it would lead. My goal was simple: to create a space where I could share my music and highlight the artists and tracks that resonate with me. But over time, it’s grown into something even more meaningful. It’s becoming a hub for discovering amazing music, from globally recognized hits to the hidden gems of the independent music world. And the stats show that more and more of you are discovering the site, which is something I’m incredibly proud of.
2024: A Year of Small but Meaningful Achievements

It might still be early days, but the growth of the site has been a real highlight for me. Seeing more people engage with the content, whether it’s through reading spotlight posts, listening to my music, or discovering new artists, it has been so rewarding. It’s a reminder that the work I’m putting in matters, and it motivates me to keep going.
Emerging Artist Spotlights
One of the most exciting parts of running this site has been the chance to shine a light on independent artists. These are the artists who hustle day in and day out to create something real and authentic, and they deserve all the recognition in the world. This part of the site has started to take shape towards the end of this year, and I’m so proud of what it represents. For me, there’s nothing better than finding a track that feels raw and fresh and being able to share it with you.
My Own Music Journey
On a personal note, 2024 has been a year of creativity, experimentation and breaking down my own reservations. As The Button Addict, I’ve been pouring my energy into creating music that feels true to who I am. Every track I release is a piece of my story, and it’s been amazing to share that with you. From the beats to the melodies to the little details only I know are there, every song is a labour of love, and I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received from those of you who’ve listened.
Looking Ahead to 2025
If 2024 was about planting seeds, then 2025 is going to be about watching them grow. I’ve got some big plans in store, and I’m so excited to share them with you.
First up, I’m doubling down on the Emerging artist spotlight section of the site. There is so much untapped talent out there, and I want ButtonAddict.com to be a platform that truly celebrates it. Whether it’s a new single that deserves a shout-out or an artist who’s making waves in their own unique way, I’m going to be working hard to bring more indie music to your ears.
On the personal side, I’m also gearing up for what’s going to be a big year in my own music career. I’ve got loads of new tracks in the works, and I can’t wait to start rolling them out in 2025. Creating music is such a personal process, but knowing that it has the potential to connect with others is what makes it all worthwhile. Stay tuned for what’s coming next—it’s going to be a vibe!
