Artist: Exotic The Prophet

Alright, let’s chat about someone who’s really mixing things up in the hip hop game – Exotic The Prophet, also known as Exotic MC.

Get to Know Exotic The Prophet

I stumbled upon this legend in a community server on Discord called Smaad, (Seriously recommend you check them out, really good people) We ended up collaborating on a track that I had put together called “Telling You,” where he absolutely smashed it with his verses.

Exotic hails from the mysterious Planet Nibiru and he’s bringing something totally fresh to the table. His name, Exotic The Prophet, sums him up perfectly – always the new kid, always from somewhere far out, and his tunes? They’re like messages, straight from his life to our ears.

Look don’t tell him I told you but he is actually from America, they have him in one of them secret underground labs 🙂

How it started!

His love for hip hop kicked off back in school after watching some older kids rock the stage at a talent show. That moment lit a spark in him, and he’s been on this path ever since. But music isn’t his only jam.

When he’s not laying down tracks, you can find him gaming, messing about with video edits, or tearing it up with a bit of parkour. He’s even a car nut – proper into his motors.

Musically, Exotic’s got a style that’s tough to pin down – it’s a mash-up of old-school vibes with new twists. And when it comes to making music, it’s all about the moment for him. A beat just grabs him, and the words flow out.

He’s got massive respect for artists like Tech N9ne and 50 Cent. Out of the hip hop scene, it’s Miyamoto Musashi who captures his imagination, which just shows you how broad his influences are. When asked who his favourite artist are here is what he had to say.

“Kanye West and Eminem. Kanye is always trying something new. Eminem is very creative. The first album I got as a kid was The Eminem Show. His music helped me through a lot of tough times.”

Life goes on..

For Exotic, music is more than beats and rhymes; it’s about sharing bits of his life, making sure people can relate. That’s why his message to his listeners is simple: “Life Goes On.” It’s about pushing through, no matter what’s thrown at you.

Exotic the Prophet
One of his biggest dreams?

Now that he has reached his main dream of collaborating with the Button Addict in an across the pond Hit, his second biggest dream is to collab with giants like Tech N9ne and Eminem. Imagine dropping a track with them – that’s the big time, right there. He’s also aiming high with hopes to hit stages like the Super Bowl or WrestleMania one day because why not aim for the stars. I certainly see these dreams as a possibility, as his popularity and hit list grows anything is possible.

Just a tiny lie

Alright you got me, I added the part about the Button Addict collab being his biggest dream. Serves as a good opportunity to plug the song though.

Keep writing. Doesn’t matter if those lines ever make it into a song, it’s all about keeping that creative flow going.

It’s been a total blast getting to work and vibe with Exotic The Prophet. This guy’s on a path to some serious places in the hip hop scene, and his next moves are gonna be big – no doubt about it. You can check out his stuff on Spotify or drop by his (links below) to see what he’s up to next.
